Custom Granular, Inc.

Established in 1989, Custom Granular, Inc. provides contract solids processing and engineering services to the pharmaceutical, food, and fine chemical industries.  Our contract manufacturing services include agglomeration, granulation, milling, micronization, and blending.  Within these areas of expertise we offer the following services:

• Feasibility studies
• Small and large scale production
• Process development
• System design/build
• Existing system upgrade

CGI's dedicated staff has significant production, engineering, and process development experience working for world class organizations including: Sigma-Aldrich, Monsanto, and Searle/Pharmacia/Pfizer.  This experience gives us unique perspective as a “customer" and allows us to better understand and anticipate our customers’ needs.

Our new 32,000 square foot facility is operated under cGMP conditions and includes 15,800 square foot high bay temperature controlled warehouse and 3,200 square foot production suite facility.  CGI is currently installing a separate potent compound solids processing facility and will house our with a Flanders PTH isolator rated at 20 nanogram OEL.
